Shopping and German food

A couple of weekends ago (before Thanksgiving), we went to Northpark mall to do some early Christmas shopping. Natalie loves to go shopping--it is because Mommy takes her all the time!

Natalie was not walking on her own yet, but she wanted to check out everything! She was fascinated by the large sculptures, water fountain, and the duck and turtle pond in the mall.

We also went into a store called Puzzle Zoo where they have some great toys. There was this toy called the Rody Horse. It comes in different shapes, sizes, and colors. We put Natalie on there and she bounced away! She loved it! We think this toy will probably be on her Santa's wish list ;)

Giddy up!

Just look at her go!

Time to go...Natalie did not want to get off this toy!

After the mall, we went to eat dinner at one of our favorite places--Kuby's. It is a casual German restaurant located in Dallas at Snider Plaza by SMU. On Friday and Saturday nights, they have an accordion player playing German folk music. For dinner, Alain and I ordered our usual--the schnitzel plate. Natalie tried some but only liked the bread and garlicky mashed potatoes. Natalie does well when we dine out, which is so nice!
